SBE Kent was commissioned to upgrade the mechanical and electrical systems across the Holiday Inn in Derby. The client required minimal disruption to ongoing hotel operations while modernising HVAC, lighting, and electrical infrastructure.

We delivered a full M&E design-and-build solution, including VRF air conditioning, LED lighting upgrades, fire alarm enhancements, and electrical distribution improvements. Works were carefully phased to maintain guest comfort throughout the project.
